Job description for Admin Sales & Logistik (Temporary) at PT. Kasyasindo Megah Perkasa

Jobdesk:

1) Create Purchase Order (PO) in Oracle System

a) Create PO in Oracle System

b) Checking again for the purchase price and sales price (please compare in Buying and Selling Price)

c) Sending PO by email to factory after get approval from Muramoto San in oracle system

d) Update oracle control number after finish create PO in oracle system (update SOPO# in the excel file)

e) Update good in transit & sales invoice HPPM after finish create PO in oracle system (For HPPM only)

e) Update JVIC PO in Outstanding JVIC

f) Create manual PO if there is request from sales side and Update manual PO control number

g) Support accounting for Audit in order to collect the PO

h) Coordinate and communicate with JVIC if there is different price in JVIC PO and all related in PO

2) create Surat Jalan/Delivery note

3) Create Voluntary declaration in Customs Website

4) Create air arrangement form just in case AIS will bear for the air cost

5) Create estimate air cost and dhl cost just in case AIS will bear for the air cost

6) Maintain delivery report

* Control PO for the preparation create DO

* Create DO in the excel file

7) Filling Document
