Job description for Admin Operasional at Grosenia
Job Descriptions:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp quickly and clearly
- Create and process orders from customers and sales team
- Update product prices and promotions across pricelist and marketplaces
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings
- Handle order issues (cancellations, failed deliveries)
- Submit and monitor marketplace disputes/appeals
- Coordinate with sales team for stock availability and promo items
- Track order, shipment, and dispute status until completion
- Manage product returns (checking, documentation, and submission to related parties)
- Work closely with warehouse and internal teams for smooth operations
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Interested in e-commerce / online store operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and willing to learn
Nice to Have
- Experience handling marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Familiar with dispute/appeal process in marketplace
- Experience in admin / e-commerce operations
Working Details
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon–Sat)
