Job description for Admin Officer at Global Ginseng (group)
Salary: SGD2000-SGD2300
Job responsibilities:
· To provide administrative services, customer services, answer member’s enquiries, manage proper documentation and filing.
· Oversee registration and confirmation of event participants and manage all event operations.
· Responsible for the preparation of HR related documentation.
· In charge of monthly stock record update and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Proficient in verbal and written Chinese & English language
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
· Calm, collected, organized and ready to play a customer service role for different teams.
· Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office.
· Self-motivated, meticulous, service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Working hours: 1.30pm-9pm, need to work during weekends. Off days: Monday, Wednesday
· Singaporean and PR only
· Minimum A level/diploma in Business Admin and relevant field.
