Responsibilities
- Manage Fiverr inbox, inquiries, and active orders.
- Respond to clients promptly and professionally.
- Collect and organize project requirements, files, and references.
- Follow up on pending client responses, revisions, and payments.
- Coordinate communication between clients and illustrators.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and milestones.
- Handle basic client issues and escalate important matters when needed.
- Monitor Fiverr performance.
Requirements
- Experience with freelance marketplaces preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in children’s books is preferred.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good written English is preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and responsive.
- Able to follow SOPs.
