- Maintain and update records of all departmental requests, needs, and administrative documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
- Monitor employee attendance, collect and organize leave applications, and maintain department shift schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Participate in and promote compliance with monthly trainings and workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
