Job description for Admin Forwarder at PT UNIMEX

• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, agents, vendors and co-workers.

• Be available to service customers by phone & email from the start to the end of shipment’s processing.

• Timely and accurately process all customer inquiries and order inquiries shipping planning. Verifies product/commodities refer to custom regulation, inventory, shipping requirements, and regulatory information.

• Coordinate activities with operations department and worldwide agents, vendors to ensure timely shipments of orders.

• Adhere to all Indonesia Export Import Custom Regulations, Company’s import/export compliance requirements; customer’s import export requirements, procedures and processes.

• Timely and accurately prepare all required shipping details and export import compliance documents and update to customers at actual.

• Maintain complete, accurate and well organized export import processing record keeping files.

• Research and resolve customer concerns

• Generate and distribute shipment status reports to both internal and external customers

Sebagai Admin Forwarder, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan seluruh proses impor dan ekspor, termasuk pemrosesan dokumen, koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait, dan pemantauan jalannya pengiriman. Anda juga akan membantu dalam Billing Instruction terkait transaksi internasional serta memastikan bahwa semua aktivitas sesuai dengan aturan dan regulasi yang berlaku. Selain itu, Anda akan berperan sebagai koordinator antara departemen operasional dan pihak eksternal seperti agen logistik dan pabean.

Kami mencari kandidat yang memiliki gelar diploma dari jurusan terkait, seperti manajemen perdagangan, logistik, atau bisnis internasional. Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 hingga 3 tahun dalam bidang impor dan ekspor akan menjadi nilai tambah. Kandidat harus memiliki kemampuan dalam trade compliance, pemahaman tentang proses import dan export, serta keahlian dalam mengelola dokumen impor dan ekspor. Kemampuan dalam penyelesaian transaksi internasional dan penguasaan bahasa Inggris juga diperlukan. Kami mencari orang-orang yang mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim dengan sikap proaktif dan tanggung jawab tinggi.
