Job description for ADMIN CUSTOMER SERVICE at PT. SHINON ELECTRONIC INDONESIA

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Membalas chat customer dari seluruh platform marketplace dengan cepat
  2. Melakukan update stok produk di marketplace
  3. Memastikan seluruh pesanan diproses dan dikirim oleh tim packing
  4. Menawarkan produk rekomendasi sesuai kebutuhan customer
  5. Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan menjaga kepuasan customer
  6. Membalas ulasan Produk dan menangani jika ada ulasan kurang baik
  7. Menangani jika ada kendala dengan pesanan customer

    Kualifikasi:
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan
  • Teliti, responsif, dan mampu bekerja dengan cepat
  • ada pengalaman lebih di utamakan
