Job description for Admin Customer Service at Lapak Handmade
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Menjawab dan membalas pesan yang masuk di WA, marketplace (shopee, tokopedia, dsb), website dengan ramah.
- Melakukan follow up customer secara berkala.
- Membuat mockup desain sesuai dengan pesanan customer.
- Melakukan konfirmasi desain kepada customer.
- Melakukan update stock secara berkala.
- Mengoperasikan dashboard e-commerce untuk memroses pesanan.
- Menyiapkan dan dan packing pesanan yang harus dikirim.
- Bersedia lembur jika dibutuhkan.
Kualifikasi :
- Usia maksimal 28 tahun.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator dan Photoshop.
- Pendidikan maksimal D3 - S1 Desain Grafis (jika sedang kuliah semester akhir diperbolehkan untuk melamar).
- Rapih dalam administrasi.
- Rajin, tekun, kreatif, cekatan, disiplin, jujur, teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim dan mandiri.
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
- Mampu bekerja sesuai deadline.
- Diutamakan berdomisili di Gading Serpong dan sekitarnya.
