Job description for Admin Assistant at GWIA Pte Ltd
Provide administrative support to a decentralized team deployed at client’s site that provides support services in a research laboratory environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, e.g. room booking, Teams conference call setup
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of staff, including interviews, training and related HR matters
- Coordinate facilities and IT arrangements, e.g. locker & email, communications and laptop setup, etc.
- Monitor daily staff attendance and compile reports
- Coordinate and compile operations reports
- Maintain appropriate filing system of site operations reports and HR records of employees
- Update Training Records
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
