Job description for ADMIN ASSISTANT at Eltean Agencies Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
· Issue Delivery Order and Invoice after confirmation of sales quote
· Filling of invoices and all related documents
· Data entry
· Assist with daily operational requirements
· Assist in arranging import & export shipments - preparing shipping documents, liaising with forwarders and courier companies
· Monitoring goods movement and stock levels
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Initiative, willingness to learn, self-discipline
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Organized, meticulous and observant to details, especially to numbers when dealing with invoice and payment matters
· Good with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
. Accounting background preferred.
