Arpanam Pte Ltd (which means “Offering” in Sanskrit) is a Singapore-based F&B and event management company incorporated in February 2018 with the vision of becoming a social venture that explores, promotes and celebrates new ideas and innovations in South Indian culture. Since inception, Arpanam has established Podi & Poriyal, an F&B business which serves honest and wholesome South Indian vegetarian fare in the heart of Little India, and it has curated and hosted multiple cultural and social events in its specially fittedout facilities located above Podi & Poriyal. Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting and general administration
- Manage time sheets, prepare invoices and billing documents, and monitor payment
- Develop and maintain a digital filing system
- Maintain and administer general policies and procedures
- Create and keep records and databases with personnel, financial and other data up to date
- Organise and manage calendars and contacts, events, travels and expense claim processing
- Support the team in attending to clients’ administrative matters
- Assist in any other ad-hoc matters as and when assigned
Qualification Requirements:
- Undergraduate, can be to fulfil work attachment requirement, but for a minimum of 10 weeks
Experience Requirements:
-A student of, or who has a keen interest in social entrepreneurship
Working Hours:
1) Intern = 9am – 6pm
2) Part time = 1pm – 6pm
Working Days:
1) Intern = 5 weekdays
2) Part time = 4 weekdays
Working Location: Hybrid
