We are expanding our team and looking for highly energetic, responsive individuals and someone with great communication skills.
Your role
To the an integral part of our finance team. No full set accounting required, as we have outsourced to a professional accounting firm to cover this function.
Key work requirements for the accounting function includes, making invocies, payment vouchers, tabulating inventory, online banking and coordinating with our accounting firm.
Admin work requirements include, working with our vendors, ordering materials, equipment etc. Booking for logistics services and coordinating with ground teams.. Keeping up to date records and documentation and updating of inventories.
To support other office administrative duties and organising office events.
Above all we want to build a fun and cohesive environment, therefore we need someone with a positive outlook and attitude.
