Job description for Accounts Assistant / Executive at Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd
- Perform accounts receivable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts
- Liaise with relevant users on invoice matters.
- Present AR Receipt status report to Management during monthly AR meeting
- Posting of daily receipt and apply to sale invoice
- Conduct background search on new customers
- Creation of new customer accounts & update of customer information into ERP system
- Ensures all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into ERP system.
- Proper filing of receipt documents.
- 3 way matching of purchase documents
- Any other duties as assigned
- Diploma in Accounting or Business Discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking partners.
- Comfort with multi-tasking independently in a deadline-driven environment
- High level of organization, attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Passion for the b2b hardware industry and its best practices
