Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and reporting for management.
- Manage all corporate tax activities, including tax calculation, filing, payment, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Handle tax reconciliation, tax audits, and communication with tax authorities.
- Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and cost allocation to support manufacturing and printing operations.
- Prepare financial analysis, budgeting, and cost reports to support management decision-making.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial reporting processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and ABIPRO to manage financial data, reporting, and accounting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian taxation and tax compliance.
- Possess a Tax Certification (Brevet A & B preferred).
- Experienced in handling tax reporting, tax reconciliation, and tax audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, and financial data analysis.
- Experience in a manufacturing or printing company is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
