Job description for Accounting Staff at Beatrice Clothing
Qualification :
• Max 27 years old
• Minimum of one year of experience in the field of accounting
• Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel, ia an essential qualification
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• Fresh graduated are welcome
Job Description :
• Responsible for compiling and analyzing daily reports from our offline store
• Manage petty cash and prepare regular reports
• Handle deposit slips and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address issues that arise with merchants or Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices related to financial transactions.
• Take responsibility for conducting regular stock opnames to oversee inventory flow and ensure data accuracy in the system
• For WFO days must be able to work from office at Greenville, Jakarta-Barat
