Job description for Accounting Finance Executive Branch at PT Forta Larese

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Bertanggung jawab atas keakurasian pencatatan Inventory Accounting
Menyusun dan mempersiapkan Trial Balance, serta analisa biaya-biaya operasional untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional.
Mengawasi proses dan operasional transaksi harian, dan memastikan kepatuhan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku.
Rekonsiliasi akun-akun neraca.
Semua pelaporan daily dan up to dated yang menjadi tanggung jawab Branch Finance Executive. wajib dilaporkan setiap hari ke Head Office melalui email.
Membantu tugas dan pekerjaan Fin-Acc Manager yang berhubungan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab pekerjaan.
Koordinasi Team

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan Minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan
Memiliki pengalaman serupa 3-5 tahun di bidang relevan, khususnya trading
Mampu mengoperasikan software akuntansi
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table,VLOOKUP,dsb) paham sistem SAP
Menguasai alur pembukuan keuangan dan manajemen inventori
Mampu bekerja mandiri dan dalam tim
Detail oriented, jujur, cekatan dapat diandalkan
