Job description for Accounting & Tax Staff at Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa
About Position
As an Accounting & Tax Staff, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, managing payment documentation, ensuring timely and compliant tax administration and reporting, performing financial and tax reconciliations, and supporting internal and external audits. Responsibilities:
Financial Transaction Recording
- Record all financial transactions accurately and timely in the Accurate Accounting System, including daily journals, general ledger entries, and adjustment journals.
- Record all payment transactions into the system to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Transaction Voucher Management
- Prepare and print payment vouchers for all financial transactions.
- Review and verify the completeness of supporting documents for each transaction prior to payment processing.
Tax Reporting and Reconciliation
- Manage tax administration, including data entry into e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Unified Tax (Pajak Unifikasi) systems, while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Prepare, review, and submit tax calculations, payments, and tax returns, ensuring accurate withholding, timely reporting, and proper documentation, including State Revenue Receipts (BPN) and Electronic Filing Receipts (BPE).
- Perform financial and tax reconciliations, including reconciliation between accounting records and bank statements, as well as monthly and annual reconciliation of tax returns (SPT).
- Prepare, organize, and distribute tax documentation, including monthly tax withholding certificates (Bukti Potong), while maintaining accurate tax records and supporting compliance requirements..
Audit Support
- Prepare and provide all required financial and tax documents for internal and external audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Prior experience working at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) or Tax Consulting Firm (KKP) is preferred.
- Experience using the Coretax system is preferred.
- Experience using the Accurate accounting system is preferred.
