# Accounting & Tax and Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting & Tax Manager to independently manage accounting, taxation and regulatory compliance for our Indonesian clients, including local businesses and foreign-owned PT PMA companies.
This is a fully operational role requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to manage client work independently.
### Key Responsibilities
**1. Accounting & Financial Reporting**
- Independently handle full sets of accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK).
- Review and verify accounting records and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage multiple client accounts and resolve accounting discrepancies.
**2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance**
- Independently calculate, prepare and file Indonesian withholding taxes, including PPh 21, PPh 23 and PPh 4(2).
- Handle corporate income tax, VAT (PPN) and other applicable tax obligations.
- Prepare monthly and annual tax submissions using DJP Coretax.
- Perform tax reconciliations and ensure accurate, timely filings.
- Keep updated with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements.
**3. LKPM, BPJS & Corporate Compliance**
- Independently prepare and submit LKPM investment reports through OSS.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration, contributions and administration.
- Assist with PT PMA compliance, business licensing and other regulatory matters.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and maintain proper compliance records.
**4. Client Management & Coordination**
- Act as the primary contact for assigned Indonesian and international clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding, document collection and statutory submissions.
- Attend client meetings and explain accounting, taxation and compliance requirements.
- Provide practical accounting and tax advice to clients.
- Liaise with Singapore management and external professionals when required.
### Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related discipline.
- Minimum **5–8 years of relevant Indonesian accounting and taxation experience**.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proven hands-on experience with withholding tax filings, DJP Coretax, LKPM and OSS.
- Able to independently prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and tax submissions.
- **Strong written and spoken English is mandatory.**
- Confident communicating with Singapore management and international clients in English.
- Able to explain accounting, taxation and regulatory matters clearly in English.
- Independent, organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines.

- Experience in an accounting firm, tax consultancy or outsourced accounting practice.
- Experience handling PT PMA and foreign-owned companies.
- Brevet A/B or C tax certification.
- Knowledge of payroll, BPJS and Indonesian corporate compliance.
- Experience supporting international clients.
