Job description for Accounting and Tax Head at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and oversee the Accounting and Tax functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Manage monthly and annual financial closing, financial statements, tax reporting, and statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders on accounting and tax matters.
- Lead and develop the Accounting & Tax team while driving process improvements, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financem or Taxation, with 10+ years of relevant experience and proven managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation regulations, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
- Good command of English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
