About the Role

Join our growing team as an Accountant supporting Managers in delivering end-to-end accounting and tax services to multi-industry FDI clients. You'll work directly with foreign clients in English and gain hands-on exposure across the full accounting cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming/outgoing invoices and record transactions in MISA

• Manage AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and payment orders

• Calculate COGS, allocate prepaid expenses, depreciate fixed assets, monitor FX differences

• Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements, and management reports

• Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, CIT, Foreign Contractor Tax declarations and annual finalizations

• Prepare annual Financial Statements and related-party transaction declarations

• Handle payroll: monthly payroll, SI/HI/UI deductions, labor reports

• Support independent audits and tax inspections

• Communicate directly with foreign FDI clients in English

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field

• 1–2 years of accounting experience in Vietnam

• Proficient in MISA

• Solid knowledge of VAS and Vietnamese tax regulations

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple clients

• Proficient in MS Excel
