Job description for Accountant - Work with UK client at Innovature Consulting Inc.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Accounting Operations
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment follow-up (email).
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Support payroll processing.
- Assist with month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Support VAT and tax preparation.
- Handle supplier payment disputes and credit control activities.
Business Credit & Financing Support
- Manage business credit account registrations with customers, suppliers, vendors, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
- Prepare required documentation and follow up on applications.
Additional Support
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and other finance-related projects.
- Perform ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as required to support business operations within employee capability and capacity.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Xero.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good to have construction experience
WORK LOCATION: at The District Tower, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, D.1, HCMC
WORKING HOURS: 2PM-11PM (Mon-Fri)
