Job description for Account Manager (Semarang Area) at PT NETTOCYBER INDONESIA (VELO NETWORKS)

Job Description

  1. Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers in the assigned area.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  3. Identify customer needs and provide suitable IT solutions based on business requirements.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  5. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and after-sales support.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  2. Active involvement in organizations or extracurricular activities is a plus.
  3. Aged between 20–35 years.
  4. Fast learner, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  5. Experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, is an advantage.
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Good understanding of the assigned area and local market.
  8. Own a motorcycle
  9. Willing to work under a 12-month contract with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance.
