Job description for Account Manager (MCN/Digital Agency/Creative Agency Specialist) at Emudah Media Indonesia
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for...
- Manage digital marketing & sales strategies for every single accounts
- Will be in charge of handling each account's market target and product line category; such as home-living product line, fashion product line, and beauty product line.
- Responsible for the profit and cost management of all accounts under the assigned product line category
- Responsible for the planning and management of the personnels under the assigned product line category; as well as optimizing each personnel's workflow
- Responsible for managing & optimizing all accounts operational activities and accounts development strategies
- Managing every connection of platform resources to maximize accounts' growth
- Will be working closely with Business Development department, customer service team, and our BoD to ensure company's service excellence
- A people person with leadership experience; able to guide and maximizes every potentials and skills of the members under the assigned product line
To be succeed in this position, you must be someone with...:
- Bachelor's degree; all major are welcome to apply. Preferably majoring in Marketing/Communication/Economics/Commerce.
- Has 2-3 years experience in the similar field (creative agency/advertising media) or handling the related product line (home-living/fashion/beauty)
- Good Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin (conversational level) skills are preferred
- Have good awareness in cost management and accountable for the entire team's revenue and expenses
- Have basic management & leadership skills; able to independently lead the team to achieve team goals and target set by company
- Have good market insight and learning ability, as well as certain data analysis ability, and able make strategic adjustments based on data
- Have a certain ability to withstand pressure and have the courage to accept challenges
- Able to work in fast-paced, startup environment full of young & energetic team
- Willing to relocate & fully WFO
