Your daily operations will be conducted at our new, modern office in BSD.
You'll be managing accounts for our indirect team; responsible for our existing partner's customer subscription renewals, up-sell, retention & satisfaction. You'll be handling your own portfolio within the Indonesia region (ranging from a small independent store to a large scale manufacturing company etc.) using Odoo as a software solution for their business processes. The companies you'll be in touch with are resellers ('Official Partners') and existing customers of Odoo.
Your job will be to analyse and detect existing pain points in the management software of your customers and provide or up-sell Odoo solutions to improve their efficiency and to ensure a smooth collaboration between all parties involved.
You'll be working in a small and fun team with a 'play hard, work hard' mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contacting and developing existing clients
- Acting as the key interface between the customer, partner, and all relevant divisions
- Build long term relationships with Odoo partners customer (growth)
- Excel in transversal sales & product demonstration
- Main focus is 80% on sales (renewals & up-sell opportunities)
MUST HAVE
- Min. Bachelor degree or higher
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- You are an excellent communicator, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets
- Strong knowledge in ERP, business management software and the whole tech industry
- Proactive & sales-driven mindset
- Organized way of working and a problem solver
NICE TO HAVE
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales and/or account management
- Immediate availability
- Farmer attitude
