Job Description
- Point of contact for assigned customers, manage and respond to their queries in a timely fashion
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with shops account owners on our platform
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the product offerings on our platform remain relevant for shoppers and provide support for special upcoming sale campaigns such as Christmas Sale
- Maintain, update and onboard shops on the platform regularly
- Contribute to and negotiate agreements to maximise profit
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Be meticulous and have attention to detail
- Expect flexible working hours and remote working
- Enjoy interacting with clients/customers
