Job description for Account Executive at Prime Commerce Asia
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Client Service
· Understand client demands and solution consult
· Manage the day-to-day relationship and communication with clients
· Schedule and prepare for meetings
Project Management
· Debrief effectively to internal team members
· Project planning and tasks scheduling
· Progress monitoring and reporting
· Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals
· Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordinating with various parties: Content, Production, Technical, suppliers, … to deliver the campaign meet client’s objectives
· Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
Paperwork (5%)
· Review commercial contracts and progress monthly payments
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
· University/College graduate (Freshers are welcomed)
· Able to communicate in English
· Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and result-oriented
· Able to work independently, self-learning and work under pressure
· Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills
· Organizing and time management
· Basic marketing knowledge
A plus if:
· Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
· Experienced in ecommerce, agency, branding
