Job description for Account Executive at Ydigital Asia

Description
The Account Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. The Account Executive will also communicate directly with our partners and vendors to maximize the output and communicate the needs of our clients. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas.

Responsibilities
  1. Account Management
  2. Be the primary point of contact for clients and develop long-term relationships
  3. Manage projects within client relationships, working towards achieving client goals while concurrently prioritizing Ydigital goals
  4. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  5. Project Management
  6. Set up a project plan to monitor and track progress using project management tools if necessary. Ensure the Project plan is understood and agreed upon by both client and internal team
  7. Set up project budget along with Accounts & Finance Team
  8. Identify and negotiate external resources needed (such as developers and digital marketing specialists) and compile required portfolios to select vendors to engage with.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Account Executive in a digital marketing agency or as a Project Manager Officer
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Motivated to learn, experiment & pro-active approach to creative projects
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
  • Strong in analytical thinking, a keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. (for experienced candidates)
  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
  • Proven communication with excellent presentation & persuasion skills
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.

Working arrangments:
  1. Currently Ydigital still employ a hybrid mix of WFO-WFH with minimum 3 days of WFO in a week
  2. You will be required to bring your own device (allowance will be provided)
