About Oxar
Oxar is an end-to-end distribution partner for consumer brands in Indonesia. We manage the full commercial journey, from multi-warehouse e-commerce operations to offline channel coverage, so our brand partners can focus on building their products while we handle the complexity of getting them to market.
The Role
You'll take full ownership of the P&L of the client accounts entrusted to you, driving GMV growth, protecting margins, and keeping clients satisfied. You'll be the bridge between what brands need and what gets executed on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of active clients (online and offline mix) as the single point of contact for all operational and strategic needs
- Regularly monitor client GMV, sell-out, and margin performance, identify gaps and build action plans
- Support clients in planning promotions, marketplace campaigns, and offline activations
- Onboard new clients: understand their products, channels, targets, and define the initial scope of work
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, proactive communication, and timely escalation of issues
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods distribution
- Familiar with marketplace operations (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop) from both the brand and seller side
- Able to read performance data (GMV, conversion, sell-out) and derive clear, actionable insights
- Communicative, proactive, and organized when juggling multiple accounts simultaneously
- Results-oriented and comfortable raising issues early before they escalate
Nice to Have
- Experience handling beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer goods brands
- Background in multi-warehouse operations or fulfillment centers
- Involvement in promotional campaign planning or trade marketing
