Job description for Account Executive at Công ty Asia Prime Commerce
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Client Service
•Understand client demands and solution consult
•Manage the day-to-day relationship and communication with clients
•Schedule and prepare for meetings
Project Management
•Debrief effectively to internal team members
•Project planning and tasks scheduling
•Progress monitoring and reporting
•Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals
•Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordinating with various parties: Content, Production, Technical, suppliers, ... to deliver the campaign meet client’s objectives
• Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
Paperwork (5%)
•Review commercial contracts and progress monthly payments
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have
- University/College graduate (Freshers are welcomed)
- Able to communicate in English
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and result-oriented
- Able to work independently, self-learning and work under pressure
- Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills
- Organizing and time management
- Basic marketing knowledge
A plus if:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
- Experienced in ecommerce, agency, branding
