1. Client Relationship Management
- Primary Point of Contact: Serving as the face of the agency for the client, handling daily communication and inquiries.
- Client Advocacy: Understanding the client’s brand, industry, and objectives to ensure the agency delivers high-value results.
- Retention: Building trust and long-term partnerships to ensure account growth and renewal.
2. Strategic Planning & Briefing
- Creative Briefing: Translating client needs into clear, actionable Creative Briefs for the internal design, copy, and production teams.
- Pitching & Presentations: Presenting campaign ideas, timelines, and budgets to the client for approval.
- Market Insight: Keeping an eye on industry trends and competitor moves to provide proactive advice to the client.
3. Project & Workflow Coordination
- Project Oversight: Managing the workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Reviewing all creative output before it reaches the client to ensure it meets the brief and the agency’s quality standards.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaising between different departments (Creative, Media, Production) to resolve bottlenecks.
4. Financial & Administrative Duties
- Budget Management: Creating quotations, tracking spend, and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Reporting: Preparing "Status Reports" for ongoing work and "End-of-Campaign Reports" to demonstrate ROI.
- Meeting Minutes: Documenting all client meetings to ensure every revision and decision is tracked.
Key Skill Set

- Problem-Solving: The ability to stay calm and find solutions when client demands clash with internal capacities.
