Job description for Account Excutive at FlexOS Global Pte. Ltd.
- Develop your sales strategy and manage towards the goals set by the CEO.
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.
- Deliver quality FlexOS demonstrations to prospects based on the their needs
- Develop, take care and maintain the partnership with key stakeholders including partners and clients
- Develop, train, engage, manage a winning sales team with clear targets and support the sales team. Currently, you’ll directly manage one BDR.
- Weekly report and update the sale team’s performance to the CEO
- Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Supplement sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
- 2-5 years experience as a quota-carrying BDR or AE
- Take ownership of achieving goals and targets
- Strong pitching, persuasion and negotiation skills with genuine customer empathy
- Critical thinking on questions and actions
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Organized and strong time management skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
