Job description for Account Assistant at Poh Meng Engineering Pte Ltd
- Data entry into ERP system for account receivables and payables
- Verify and process supplier's invoices and arrange for payment upon Management's approval
- Process claims through petty cash or bank transfer for reimbursement
- Record and process bank receipts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
- Assist in month-end closing
- Prepare monthly reports
- Support Account Department for other ad-hoc tasksRequirements
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in ERP software
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Matured, commited, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
- Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
- Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
