Job description 12 X Customer Service & Administrative Assistant (5 days work week, up to $1.8k) Qiren
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Appropriate phone etiquette
- Have Initiative
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Team player and ability to work independently
- 5 days work (1 weekday and 1 weekend off)
- Able to commit on weekends & PH
- Singaporean only
- Off-in-lieu will be credited for PH
- Shift work (830am – 6pm or 1230pm – 10pm)
