How can I apply?

What is the interview process like?

There will be 4 rounds of selection in total. Refer to the Selection Process for more details.

How do I know if I am shortlisted for each round?

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the initial stage. For subsequent rounds, all candidates will be informed of their outcomes via email or WhatsApp.

Am I eligible?

Yes, we welcome university students from all disciplines who demonstrate strong learning agility and motivation. Role-specific requirements may apply — please refer to the job posting.

When is the internship period?

The internship period and duration varies across our offices, ranging from 3 to 6 months. You will need to be able to commit to full-time (5 days a week) for the whole duration. Please refer to each offices' application for more details.

How many Glints Future Leaders Program interns are you hiring?

We do not operate with a fixed hiring cap. We focus on bringing in high-potential talent aligned with our business needs.
