Requirements

• Conduct Ensemble training for youths
• Teach string instruments (Guzheng, Erhu, Guqin) and ensemble playing.
• Prepare members for performances, concerts, and competitions.
• Rearrange music scores when needed.
• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Guide and motivate students to improve their musical skills.
• Work with the organiser to plan rehearsals and performances.
• Trained in at least one string instrument (Guzheng, Erhu, Guqin or Similar) with a recognized music qualification.
• Experience working with youths
• Recent experience in performing, conducting, or teaching a Orchestra or Music Ensemble.
• Recent experience teaching string instruments.
• Able to teach more than one string instrument is an advantage.
• Experience in rearranging music scores is preferred.
