As we continues to expand across markets and products, the website plays a critical role in supporting business growth. This role is responsible for managing website operations, including content updates, page management, SEO implementation, user experience optimization, and overall website maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the website remains accurate, user-friendly, well-structured, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day website operations and content updates using WordPress.
Create, update, format, and publish webpages in accordance with brand and content guidelines.
Support the development and maintenance of landing pages and campaign pages.
Conduct website quality assurance (QA), including broken link checks, content reviews, and page consistency audits.
Support SEO implementation, including metadata updates, header optimization, internal linking, image optimization, and content structuring.
Coordinate with Design, SEO, Compliance, Product, Marketing, and other relevant teams on website updates and launches.
Monitor website performance and issues, and escalate technical bugs or system-related problems to developers where required.
Maintain an organized and scalable website structure across pages, categories, templates, and content assets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress website management and webpage administration.
Strong hands-on experience in website content management, webpage creation, publishing, and maintenance.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, metadata management, internal linking, heading structures, and search-friendly content formatting.
Good understanding of webpage layout, user experience (UX) principles, and content consistency.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with experience conducting website quality assurance (QA) and content reviews.
