Job description for Wealth Associate Executive at Prudential Group

The Wealth Associate Executive is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients by providing holistic financial planning and wealth advisory services. This role involves identifying client needs, recommending suitable financial and investment solutions, and cultivating long-term relationships built on trust and sound financial guidance. The successful candidate will be a self-driven individual who is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals while growing their own career within the wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities

•     Prospect, engage, and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and lead generation activities, including qualifying and following up on distributed leads.

•     Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and life stage requirements.

•     Recommend and structure suitable financial solutions, including insurance, investment, retirement, and estate planning products.

•     Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive engagement.

•     Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.

•     Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team and company business goals.

•     Ensure all client engagements and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.

•     Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs.

•     Maintain accurate client records and documentation using the company's CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

•     Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Local Diploma, or Degree in any discipline;

•     Prior experience in sales, financial services, or client-facing roles is preferred but not essential; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

•     Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

•     Self-motivated and results driven

•     Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

•     Positive, resilient attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM/digital tools for client management.
