POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform issuing and receiving of raw materials, finished goods. And documentation for finish goods of outgoing shipments, receiving and general housekeeping/materials handling. Perform basic knowledge to use QAD system and scanning good part IN / OUT from system. The person is expected to carry out ad hoc duties given by the production supervisor.

Job Descriptions

·       Complete all transactions within 24 hours

·       Perform warehouse duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking

·       Ensure packing quantity and shipping document accuracy

·       Perform raw material preparation for production

·       Perform cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy

·       Perform production schedule

·       Ensure the warehouse premises are neat and clean

·       Other ad-hoc warehouse responsibilities

Job Requirements

·       At least GCE N’ levels or equivalent

·       Experience in warehouse/supply chain management is advantageous

·       Packing 4-12kg finished goods

·       Meticulous and willing to Learn

·       Basic computer knowledge and good with figures

·       Able to handle electric stacker and pallet jacks

·       Strong team player

·       Able to work shift rotation (if any)
