Responsibilities

Receiving and Processing Stock: Receive unload, and inspect incoming materials and products to ensure they meet purchase requirements.      

Verify and check orders for accuracy, ensuring correct materials and quantities are loaded or delivered. Including issuing duties and coordinating transportation.    

Order Preparation: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup. To Customer or Vendor.        

Inventory Management: Performing inventory controls by keeping thorough inventory records, conduct frequent stock counts, and update systems.        

To ensure the accuracy and tally of system and physical quantities.         

Safety and Cleanliness: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Store and organize raw materials, parts, and finished goods in designated locations. 

Equipment Operation: Operate company vehicles, such as trucks, vans, and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and sawing machines, in a safe and efficient manner. Transport materials and finished goods safely.

Reporting: Logging inventory discrepancies and communicating with supervisors and coworkers.

Operational Excellence Initiatives: 5S and continuous improvement projects

Compliances: Conformances to health, safety and regulatory guidelines provided.                                        

Requirements

Working experience as a warehouse worker. 

Proficiency in basic MS offices, SAP MM (preferred) and utilisation of warehouse management system

Current forklift license (preferred).

A Class 3 license and 3 years driving experience in Singapore.

NITEC and above or relevant certification in warehouse management
