About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at Lyan Trading Pte Ltd. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse facility located in Ubi Techpark. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation in the Sports Nutrition Wholesale & Retail industry.

What you'll be doing

Receive, unload, and sort incoming shipments and materials

Order fulfillment: accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch

Pasting labels for goods to be supplied to channels, and lead parttimers for label pasting.

Maintain detailed inventory records and assist with stock management

Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and well-maintained

Support B2C aftersales and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Able to start ASAP

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience working in a ecommerce warehouse, experience in B2C fulfillment.

Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and the use of warehouse equipment

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Self-motivated, ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision

Healthy and strong person to move boxes around

Bilingual, English & Chinese, able to speak & type Chinese and understand instructions in Mandarin

Able to work 5.5 days / week：normal weekdays 9-6pm (with 1h lunch break) + 10am-2pm on Saturday.

Plus points:

Experience in using Excel and ERP system
