Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to project sites.

Load and unload goods safely using appropriate equipment.

Arrange and organize warehouse storage for easy identification and retrieval.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.

Ensure materials are properly labelled and stored according to company procedures.

Logistics Support

Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers, transport providers, and project sites.

Prepare delivery orders, goods receipt records, and other warehouse documentation.

Assist with loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment.

Support the return and tracking of tools and equipment from project sites.

Housekeeping & Safety

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.

At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or piling industry.

Familiar with inventory control and stock management.

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office); experience with AutoCount or other ERP systems will be an advantage.

Forklift licence will be an added advantage.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
