WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT LEADER (Preferably Singaporeans/PR and Malaysians only)

Key Responsibilities

Assist the leader to oversee daily warehouse operation and staff management

Co-ordinate with various departments such as Purchasing and Delivery

Picking, packing, and issuing of shipment and deliveries

Maintain inventory, location accuracy and ensure timely replenishment through effective monitoring, follow-up, and control measures

Investigate the root causes of operational incidents and service failures and recommend corrective actions to management.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Warehouse Leader and Management

Job Requirement

Strong organizational skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong inventory management practices.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.

Responsible, meticulous and attention to details

Hands-on and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership in completing assigned tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferably with at least 1-2year of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support.

Knowledge of some electrical basics and SAP will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

Weekday            : Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Weekend           : Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm) with 1 Fixed OFF Saturday monthly*

                             *Off Sat will only start after the 3 months’ probation
