About the role

As a Traffic Controller at Regent Logistics Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and vehicles through our warehousing and distribution operations. Reporting to the Senior Fleet Manager, this full-time position is based in the Jurong West Region.

Key responsibilities

Planning and assigning of daily transportation schedules

Responsible for operations after official working hour to ensure smooth deliverance

Managing our customer service operation at our Batam and Bintan office

Responsible for all weekly vessels schedule

Responsible for all daily depot processes and operations for the next subsequent day

Informing our customers of the container details

Ensuring all additional charges are being accounted accordingly

Proactively getting updates for all container status

Act as the contingency for the main traffic controller in their absence

Processing of discharged containers

Booking of Escorts for the vessel and handling permits for LTA Oversized cargo

Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Reporting Officer

About you

Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' level

Minimum 2 years experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office
