Job description for Ticketing Host (Part-Time) at Sentosa Development Corporation & Subsidiaries
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Sentosa operates 5 ticketing counters on island. We are looking for a team player, who has a desire to see to guests needs, help them with itinerary planning and facilitate ticket sales, while ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, safeguarding revenue collection.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate ticketing systems to process sales and reservations
Provide accurate information about attractions, pricing and enquiries
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organised ticket booth or counter area
Assist with queue management during peak periods
Always adhere to all health and safety regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should ideally be able to commit to work for 6 months
Frontline or customer service experience
Knowledge of cash handling policy and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive team player, committed and self-motivated
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
