Job description for Technology Support at The Ice Bath Club Pte Ltd
What you'll own
Behind every smooth member check-in, every seamless tap through the app, every system that just works the way it should — there's a person making sure of it. That's you.
You'll be the person who knows how our clubs run technically — the range of great systems and products that keep every site humming.
When we open a new club, you set it up.
When we level up our systems, you're part of how that happens.
This isn't a help-desk job. You'll work directly with our CTO and across the business — club managers, developers, leadership — with real autonomy to shape how our technology operates as we scale.
What you'll do
Keep the clubs running
Own day-to-day and escalated technical support across every club and central team
Resolve issues quickly, calmly, and properly the first time
Build the documentation and systems that stop the same issue happening twice
Open new clubs
Manage the technical setup for every new opening
Opportunity to travel internationally to commission new sites and hand them over ready to run
Refine the playbook so every opening is faster and smoother than the last
Run the platform
Manage all the networks, systems, and tools that the business runs on
Stay close to security, backups, and access control
Work with the CTO on infrastructure, vendors, and what we build next
Lift everyone else's game
Write the guides and run the training that give club teams confidence with their tools
Be the calm voice on the other end of the line when something's not working
Who you are
You're five-plus years into a serious IT or systems role. But more than the years, it's how you think.
You enjoy building, refining, and creating systems that work seamlessly. You're proactive, resourceful, and curious about how things tick. You're teachable — quick to pick up new tools and faster the second time. Drop you in front of an app you've never seen before and you'll read the docs, work it out, and have it configured properly — not just any way that works, but the best way it could work.
You've supported people across multiple locations. You know your way around time zones. You stay calm when something needs fixing. Methodical. You ask good questions and you write things down. You're as comfortable getting your hands dirty at a club — checking wiring, sorting an install, fixing something on-site — as you are sitting down with the team to scope out a new feature.
Ideally, you're already into recovery, or you're keen to be. This isn't just where you work — it's something you're part of.
You like building things, not just keeping them alive. And you want to grow into a real technology leader as the business grows around you.
