What you'll be doing?

Perform Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance on semiconductor tools to ensure optimal performance.

Handle with Care: Exercise caution and precision when handling delicate parts and equipment.

Work in Cleanroom: Spend a significant portion of your time in cleanroom environments, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.

Follow Installation Procedures: Execute the installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts following established procedures.

Conduct Daily Audits: Perform daily workplace 6S audits to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

Assist with Maintenance Tasks: Support minor and major preventive maintenance activities, tube cleaning, and main heater change procedures.

Perform Sub Fab Audits: Evaluate the health of tools and equipment in the sub fab area, including UPS and scrubber systems.

Training Provided: On-site training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Preventive Maintenance Expertise: Experience or willingness to learn preventive maintenance techniques for semiconductor tools.

Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management: Familiarity with managing and tracking inventory of tools and equipment.

Heavy Machinery Service: Experience with servicing and maintaining heavy machinery equipment.

Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems and equipment.

Machinery Equipment Proficiency: Experience with operating and maintaining machinery equipment.

Microsoft Word Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for documentation and communication purposes.

Assembly Skills: Ability to assemble and disassemble components accurately and efficiently.

Commissioning Experience: Experience with commissioning equipment and ensuring it operates smoothly.

Calibration Skills: Familiarity with calibrating equipment to maintain accuracy and performance.

Technical Support: Ability to provide technical support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
