Launch HAMR VTS lab is responsible for Seagate media electrical testing, failure analysis and characterization. You are required to provide support for daily VTS testing on sample disks submitted to the lab, generate data, analyze simple electrical data and support engineers in running evaluations.
About the Role - You will
Handle loading of test heads, media and operate VTS testers.
Perform 1st level analysis of electrical data, ensure test repeatability for measurement accuracy and compiling report before publishing the relevant and accurate data to Fremont and Woodlands team.
Upload test data to the server.
Work closely with engineers for job priority and basic tester trouble shooting.
Ensure timeliness of the test results.
About You
Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
Team player with good problem-solving skill.
Willing to work on 12 hours shift pattern.
Your Experience Includes
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or Diploma or ITE
Data analysis and MS office skills
