We are seeking a hands-on Technician to support maintenance and operational works for projects based in Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to relocate and gain valuable overseas work experience.

You will be responsible for scheduled maintenance, equipment repairs, outdoor operations, and system troubleshooting across security, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to service schedules

Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and minor repair works at operational sites

Support outdoor operational and maintenance activities when required

Assist in troubleshooting security, mechanical, and electrical systems

Conduct fault finding and diagnosis for system breakdowns

Follow maintenance schedules and ensure accurate service documentation

Maintain proper records for maintenance and breakdown activities

Be available for shift work, standby duties, night shifts, and on-call support

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper housekeeping standards

Perform other technical and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or maintenance experience

Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, Card Access, Intercom, Barrier Systems) is an advantage

Valid Class 3 manual driving license

Willing to work shifts, standby, night duties, and after-hours support

For candidates outside Singapore, willingness to relocate is required (rental allowance provided).

Able to work independently and as part of a team
