Facilities Management and building services

Supervise OEM and non-OEM vendors for building installations, fixtures and ACMV

Hands-on in basic electrical wiring, changing light bulbs, plumbing, painting and general building services

Has basic computer skills

Willing and able to work rotating shifts according to duty roster: 6.30am – 4.30pm (morning), 8.00am - 5.50pm (normal) and 4.00pm – 1.45am (night)

Note: times are indicative and subject to change

Workplace located at 1 1 Calshot Road

Preferably lives in Tampines or Bedok

Preferably has own transport

Allowance will be provided for night shift

Works co-operatively with other technicians to complete assigned tasks responsibly

Positive work attitude and willing to learn

Punctual in reporting to work

Advantage if you have Electrical Engineering or LEW qualification
