Job Summary

You will provide technical support and on-site services, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of AIDC systems. You will also manage vendor escalations and conduct client training to ensure effective solution deployment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical support cases via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • Escalate complex technical issues and coordinate with vendors to facilitate prompt resolution
  • Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to clients and end-users to enhance user proficiency
  • Conduct internal product repairs and provide training to team members to maintain operational readiness

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or IT-related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant technical support and field service experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Effective presentation and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly
  • Customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude
